Description

I work with strong, down-to-earth women who are trying to rebuild confidence after being cancelled, bullied, or harassed – often in their workplaces, relationships, or communities.

Perhaps you’ve been pushed out of a job, made to feel like the problem for speaking up, or found yourself questioning everything –  just to keep the peace. I’ve been through that too, and I know how disorienting it can feel.

In our sessions, you’ll get practical, honest support – with no jargon, no judgement. Together, we’ll work through the behaviour patterns and emotional fallout that are keeping you stuck, so you can start making clearer decisions, set boundaries with confidence, and feel more like yourself again.

I also run a home care business and host a podcast where I talk with women who’ve faced similar experiences. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly gets it – you’re in the right place.

Looking for a grounded, supportive, and experienced counselling supervisor?
I offer clinical supervision to both student and qualified counsellors, grounded in over 14 years of person-centred practice and a deep respect for the supervisory relationship.

My Approach
My supervision style is reflective, relational, and exploratory. I aim to create a space where you can bring your whole self as a practitioner — including uncertainty, growth edges, ethical dilemmas, and client work that challenges or moves you.

I believe the supervisory relationship is the foundation of effective supervision. I work in a collaborative, person-centred way, offering both support and gentle challenge to help you develop confidence, deepen your self-awareness, and strengthen your therapeutic practice.

Experience
I’ve been a practising counsellor since 2011 and have been supervising placement students since 2012. My background includes setting up and managing student placements, offering low-cost counselling services, and working with a broad range of client issues, including trauma, grief, coercive control, and relational dynamics.

I’m now extending supervision to practitioners beyond my own organisation, and I particularly enjoy working with counsellors who value honesty, curiosity, and authenticity in the therapeutic process.

About
Hi, I’m Kelly Oliver Dougall. I’m a counsellor, podcast host, and an advocate for women’s sex-based rights and free speech. I work with women who’ve been cancelled, bullied, or harassed – often in their workplaces or communities – helping them rebuild confidence so they can move forward again.
I came to this work after being bullied out of a job I loved, which left me completely directionless. That experience showed me how important it is to have a space where you can talk honestly, without fear of judgement.
Alongside my counselling work, I also run a home care business, so I understand the realities of juggling care, responsibility, and trying to stay true to your values.
I also host a podcast where I speak with women navigating similar challenges.
Offers/Discounts
I can provide a low cost option through my student placement programme or you can choose to work with a qualified member of our team.
