We use Stripe’s safe and secure payment gateway to take listing payments.

Of course you can. To simplify things, you can list multiple businesses from the same account and manage any changes there. 

For a yearly subscription, the listing will not auto-renew. You will have to ensure you renew yourself.  

If you would like to cancel your monthly listing subscription, please email [email protected] 10 days before the next payment. This is to ensure we can cancel the payment. 

If you have a yearly subscription, it will not automatically renew. 

Your contact number and email/website is listed on your business page for customers to contact you. There is no chat feature through YWD for someone to contact you directly. 

The best image size to upload to ensure it does not get cut is 3:2 ratio.

You can choose both options in the location section of the listing form. 

There is a UK option in the location menu. You can choose UK and if you are online, you can also select that.
