Van-illa Treats

Hi, my name is Helen and my current business is Van-illa Treats. Molly the converted horse box cafe is based in Kingston Park, but we travel around to events. I have a barista coffee machine, make my own cakes and also savouries including toasties and jacket potatoes.

I say current business as I am in the process of setting up a café, Molly’s Kitchen NE CIC. Our mission is to provide an inclusive and supportive environment where students with neurodiversity to gain valuable work experience and develop valuable life skills. We will help work with them to tackle obstacles such as social anxiety and nervousness – serving customers in the café; teaching them to bake, make coffees or prepare meals and work as part of a team.

Once we are open I will have 2 “closed” days a week where the café will be available to hire.
