About
Hi, I'm Laura a Breathwork Coach & Facilitiator.

My Breathwork journey started with the Buteyko method almost 15 years ago. I had asthma & poor breathing habits & after taking the Buteyko Course it changed my life & my breathing.
Long covid, chronic stress & burnout reinforced the importance of correct breathing habits & a daily breathing practice.

As a fully qualified Breathwork, Nervous system & Somatics coach, i can help you regain control of your health & wellbeing.

I focus on functional breathing & looking at daily habits to improve your daily breathing.
I also teach Transformational Breathwork, i like to assess clients to ensure that their nervous systems are ready for this before doing it.
