To offer needle felting workshops, in a small group, to help aid mindfulness. Focussing on the activity allows you to do just that - concentrate on the needle felting. Support and guidance will be given throughout each step and also a goodie bag to help you perform the task in the session.

About
Initially it started as a crochet business after having a major back operation. Making something was helping me mentally cope each day. It also took my mind off my pain.
As I began to grow stronger, especially in sitting, I returned to needle felting. My love of nature began to shine through my work the more I practiced.
Needle felting has given me purpose and to share a joy to others of what I make and do.
